Refund and Returns Policy

Our online store currently only accepts cryptocurrency, considering that the time of confirmation and depositing the money in the blockchain payment network is not instantaneous and as you know, the price of cryptocurrency changes every minute and fluctuates.

 

Delivery method

All products are sent digitally via email. Delivery time is between 12-72 business hours based on payment processing time and availability of products. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays that require manual confirmation will be processed within additional delay.

 

Returns

Please note that our products are digital gift card codes that cannot be returned or refunded once purchased and delivered. So please ensure you have selected the correct product, with the correct decision before purchasing, as we cannot take back products, refund or exchange cards and products that have already been paid for and delivered. This is because we have no guarantee that the card delivered after purchase will still be unused. Thank you for your understanding.
